Aardvark is the latest internet tool that I've comes across. Aardvark helps to you connect to hundreds of users on the vark community. You can ask questions on anything and someone from the community will get back to you (in a few minutes). Once you signup, the vark id would get added to your IM. Questions/replies are sent/received via IM. In case you are offline, the messages are emailed to you. Cool isn't it?
